Two wheels can share a diameter and PCD but differ in brake, hub, suspension, tyre or body clearance.

If an input is unknown, mark it for follow-up. Do not guess it into the drawing.

Diameter, width, square or staggered set-up.

PCD, centre bore, lug seat and hardware.

Target offset / backspacing and body clearance.

Caliper make, part number or clearance template.

Tyres

Target sizes, sidewall and operating pressure inputs.

Load

Vehicle / axle data and buyer-agreed wheel load target.

Suspension

Stock or modified ride height and components.

Design

Spoke direction, concavity, lip depth and styling references.

Market

Destination countries and required validation / documents.

Drawing approval

Approve one drawing before the sample.

Confirm the construction, dimensions, wheel section, design surface, markings and test plan before sampling.
