Information we collect
When you send an RFQ, we collect the contact, company, market, wheel and project information you provide. If you attach a drawing, fitment sheet or reference image, that file is stored with the enquiry.
How we use it
We use this information to review the requested wheel, clarify missing inputs, prepare a scope or quotation, and continue the resulting business conversation. We do not sell RFQ information or use buyer attachments for unrelated public marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries and private attachments are stored using access-controlled Cloudflare services. Buyer attachments are not published through the website's public media library. Access is limited to authorised WheelsForge administrators who handle enquiries.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, support the business relationship, preserve quotation context and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer required.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information by emailing sales@wheelsforge.com. We may retain limited records when required for security, legal or transaction purposes.
Website operation
The current public website does not use advertising trackers. Hosting and security providers may process standard network and request information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when the enquiry workflow or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
